One Hill Farm

One Hill Farm is a small family farm in Siler City, in central North Carolina, run by Qays El-Ali. The farm describes its mission as providing the community with ethically and humanely raised, 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef, with cattle free to range on green pasture. Only around four cows are processed each year, kept deliberately small to minimize waste and keep every cut tied to actual farm stockmanship rather than volume.

Beef is processed at a USDA-inspected, Halal-certified facility down the road from the farm, then dry-aged 18 days to develop flavor and tenderness. The farm sells a full range of cuts (ground beef, steaks, roasts, organ meats, soup bones) online for local pickup or delivery in the Siler City area, and by the quarter, half, or whole animal for bulk buyers.
