Cotton Cattle Company

Cotton Cattle Company farms more than 230 contiguous acres of rolling pasture and woodlot at River Valley Farm in the Musconetcong River Valley of Hunterdon County, New Jersey, within the New Jersey Highlands region. The operation is owned and run by fourth- and fifth-generation area residents and managed holistically: the farm describes practicing rotational grazing, riparian buffering, and conservation mowing to build soil fertility and protect water quality in the Musconetcong watershed. Beef is sold as 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, and all of the farm's meats are raised without antibiotics, added hormones, or animal byproducts.
